I am dedicated to working with people who are committed to making real and lasting changes in their lives through non-invasive, health-enhancing options. In a healthy body, life-force energy circulates freely and abundantly. Chinese refer to the life force as chi or qi. Hindus call it prana. Greeks know it as pneuma. Japanese refer to it as ki, and Christianity calls it spiritus.

Blocks to this flow may manifest in emotional or physical ways, or both, as pain, chronic health issues, a life threatening illness, a complicated disease, “accidental” injuries, emotional and relationship issues, or financial challenges. With energy work, some people dramatically shift from a survival mode to being a healthier, empowered person, hopeful and excited to embrace life. With an open mind, your possibilities are infinite! I am an Energetic and Sound Holistic Healer, certified Reiki Master and Wellness Consultant, ordained minister, life coach, author and speaker. I have studied with renowned sound healers Jonathan Goldman and Tom Kenyon. I also enjoy dancing, yoga, biking, hiking, and being the mother of my two young adult daughters. My great appreciation for Mother Earth and the environment has led me to work with the Humpback Whales and Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins.
