Balancing Techniques

These methods enhance and harmonize with the body’s own innate healing abilities without damaging any of the body’s systems. This is great self-applied preventative care.
By utilizing focusing techniques, visualization, and energy work, we are able to direct the course of energy within our bodies and hasten the healing process.

This page includes five techniques for centering, rebalancing and relaxing:

Meditation

Meditation is an opportunity to raise consciousness and bring more peace and calm into people's lives. Any length of time from 5-60 minutes will be beneficial. At first, creating a consistent habit is more important than the length of time. Then, the more time, the more benefit. This is a practice. It is normal for thoughts to float into your mind. Just allow this without judgment, let the thoughts float on by and center yourself again. Some find that listening to a guided meditation is easier.

To meditate: 

  1. Set aside a few minutes for yourself and find a quiet, calm place where you can sit with a straight spine.

  2. You can meditate silently, but many people use a focusing word like AH or look at the flame of a candle to get centered.

  3. Then, close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths. Breathe in through your nose and exhale slowly.

  4. Focusing on your breath gives your mental mind something to do while allowing you to become more centered and relaxed.

  5. Then, enjoy your day-to-day peacefulness.

For a Quick Centering: Tone the AH Sound

Your voice is a free, available and powerful instrument of healing. Use toning to help balance your energy field. Jonathon Goldman, www.healingsounds.com, in his Healing Sounds Intensive, teaches the value of a simple exercise using “AH.” A sound such as “AH” slows down your heart rate, respiration, and brain waves. It even creates coherence between your heart and your brain helping to reduce stress and assisting and enhancing your entire well-being. If you are feeling out of harmony, making the “AH” sound is very effective for re-centering.

Chakra Balancing

Be proactive. This chakra balancing technique is something you can do for just five to seven minutes to create a healthier flow of life force energy. Do it daily and you will begin to dissolve blocked energy—the root of most emotional and physical problems—and prevent other issues from taking hold. Before starting, I suggest you set an intention for clearing, cleansing and purifying your body for your highest good.

Procedure:  Start at the base chakra and visualize the color associated with that chakra. Move your hand in a circular motion above the corresponding area. Continue up through each chakra.  The legs and feet are part of the first chakra. Though if you want to balance them separately, visualize blue energy for them.

Chakra #1:  Root Chakra. Base of your spine. For ease, circulate your hand over
                    your crotch area. Visualize the color Red.
Chakra #2:  Sacral Chakra. Lower abdomen and sexual organs. Orange.
Chakra #3:  Solar Plexus Chakra. Stomach area. Yellow.
Chakra #4:  Heart Chakra. Heart, lungs, and breast area.  Neon and emerald green.
Chakra #5:  Throat Chakra. Throat area. Blue.
Chakra #6:  Third Eye Chakra. At the forehead, between the eyebrows. Purple.
Chakra #7:  Crown Chakra. Top of the head. Pink or White.

Cellular Healing and Light Body Acceleration

This is an easy technique to do each morning to make sure all internal energy systems and intuitive abilities are running at optimal levels. This technique only takes 10 minutes each day and is done solely through your own intention and mental projection. It is extremely effective at preventing unbalanced energies and thought-forms from entering your energy field. Do this within the first hour of waking--in silent meditation or while having tea.

1. Connection
Connect with 1) your Higher Self, 2) the “cellular intelligence” within your physical body and 3) your destiny path. This is best accomplished by verbally stating the intention to do so. It takes just a split second to connect with each of the above.

2. Alignment and Light Projection
Visualize a column of White Light running vertically through the center of your body. Next, begin to mentally project the light in, through and around your body in a vertical spiraling motion (particle spin). Visualize it strengthening your outer auric shield, which usually extends one to two feet from your body in every direction. Allow the spiral of White Light to quicken for a few minutes and then allow it to stabilize. This may take a few minutes so be patient.

Special note: This spiraling motion if used daily will continue to unlock the body consciousness and accelerate the light body process. In addition, it will organize and integrate new information and frequencies within your energy field.

3. Clearing the Path Ahead
Project a stream of White Light from your Third Eye (between your eyebrows) out in front of you, intend for it to create a path of light through the entire day, surrounding everywhere you go, everything you do and everyone you will encounter. This can be done in an instant and will dramatically reduce or eliminate resistance or blockages during the course of the day.
Put very simply, these steps will ease your physical transformation and align all of your thoughts, words and actions with your destiny path and highest potential.

Also, for those offering healings to others, accelerating the particle spin in, through, and around a person’s body is very beneficial. If their particle spin is too slow, they will be more susceptible to illnesses and mental confusion, making all healing processes slower. To remedy this, use your intentions and visualizations to adjust and accelerate the particle spin of your client’s energy field. This will not only accelerate their healing and ascension process, but it will spin out of their field anything that is not in alignment with their highest good.
