Daily Guiding Principles
We are in a new age regarding our understanding of the dynamics of energy. Quantum physics provides scientific support for the idea that the universe is an organic whole and our intentions and actions resonate locally and universally. In turn, the universe responds and helps us manifest our hopes and our fears. If we choose positive energy we will see positive results. If we choose negative energy, we will see negative results.
The guiding principles below will help you align your energy so the universe can help you achieve positive results.

Be open to the fact that everything in the universe is energy. When something you don’t want shows up, it is simply feedback letting you know it is time to shift your focus (vibration). Your thoughts, more specifically your feelings, draw your experiences to you.

Focus on the end result of what you desire. Visualize it. Feel as if it has already occurred. Expect the best and trust that the end result is as it should be. Do this and then trust that all is in Divine Order even when you may not understand it.

Think about the vibrations you are sending out with your words. Remember that like attracts like. Be as positive as possible. Practice, practice, practice and rewording thoughts will become easier.

Spend time every day thinking thoughts of gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful vibration shifter and will help you become a stronger magnet to your desires. You always have a choice of choosing a better feeling thought.

Be kind, patient, and forgiving, and less judgmental. Our thoughts, words, and deeds have far more impact than we can imagine. So consciously choose positive ones. You are also absorbing all the energy that you put out!

Quiet your mind every day, starting with 5 minutes and increasing up to an hour if you desire, allows more opportunity for staying centered and for sensing your intuitive guidance.

Learn to control how you react. Think of your emotional balance as a bank. Joy and gratitude are like deposits that increase your balance. Anger, jealousy, control, and fear are like withdrawals and decrease your balance. You are in charge of your bank account. Don’t give your power away to others. Learn to feel good no matter how someone else is showing up. Getting angry at others or blaming them doesn’t fix the problem. All it does is attract more negativity.
- Honor the journey, the process. It is important to feel the anger and grief, etc., but understand the overall value in not staying there. Shift to feelings of appreciation and love, etc., as quickly as possible. The process gets easier as you make an effort to practice these truths.
