We are in a new age understanding energy dynamics. Quantum physics provides scientific support for the idea that the universe is an organic whole and our intent and actions resonate locally and universally. In turn, the universe responds and helps us manifest our hopes and our fears. If we choose positive energy we will see positive results. If we choose negative energy, we will see negative results.

The guiding principles below will help you align your energy so the universe can help you achieve positive results.

  1. Be open to: Everything in the Universe is Energy. Whatever shows up that we don’t desire is temporary until we shift our focus (vibration). Our thoughts, more specifically, our feelings, draw to us what we experience.

  2. Focus on the end result of what you desire. Visualize it. Feel as if it already occurred. Expect the best and trust that the end result is as it should be. Do what you need to to get the job done then trust that all is in Divine Order even when you may not understand it.

  3. Think of what vibrations you are sending out with your words. Remember Like attracts Like. Be as positive as possible. Practice, Practice, Practice, rewording sentences will become easier.

  4. Be in gratitude daily. It truly shifts the vibrations, you become a stronger magnet to your desires. You always have a choice of choosing a better feeling thought.

  5. Be kind, patient, and forgiving, and less judgmental. Our thoughts, words, and deeds have far more impact than we can imagine. So consciously choose positive ones. You are also absorbing all energy that you put out!

  6. Quieting your mind every day. From 5 minutes to an hour. Allows more opportunity for centering and intuitive guidance.

  7. Learn to control how you react. Think of your emotional balance as a bank. Joy and gratitude add to it, anger, jealousy, control, fear etc. take away from it. You are in charge of your bank account. Don’t give your power away to others. Learn to feel good no matter how someone else is showing up. Getting angry at them or blaming them doesn’t fix the problem, it does attracts more negativity to you though!

  8. Honor the journey, the process. Still feel your real feelings of anger, grief etc, but understand the overall value in not staying there. Shift it as quickly as possible. It’ll get easier as you make this effort to practice these truths.
