In 2006 I was able to fulfill one of my lifelong dreams. I hiked the entire 2175 mile Appalachian Trail from start to finish. Hiking the AT is an extremely physical and mental challenge. Suzette was very instrumental in helping me complete that journey. Her ‘long distance’ energy healing sessions were a Godsend! I had my own personal medic!
After 2 weeks into the trip, I was experiencing a lot of pain from an old metatarsal injury on my left foot. Every time my left foot hit the ground, the pain shot straight up my leg. One night I had her do some distance healing on me. At bedtime, as I lay in my tent, I set an intention to my body to ‘receive’ the energy that she was directing. The next day I continued hiking, and it wasn't until that night, that I realized I hadn't felt any pain out of that foot, the entire day. It’s been 1 ½ years and my foot still feels great!
The AT is extremely tough on hiker's knees. I've seen the youngest of them and the oldest of them have to quit, due to knee problems. My knees challenged me as well. Thanks to the cell phone, Suzette and I would coordinate a night for the healings. It was amazing, after having dealt with major pain during my hiking I would retire at bedtime to ‘receive’ the distance energy session and wake up pain free and ready to tackle the trail once again. Hiking the AT is more fun when your body feels good!”
About 2 months into the trek, I had developed a water-sac under the skin, around my right knee. It was sore, though I was more concerned because it was getting really big and I knew something was wrong. I thought I would have to go to the hospital and have the fluid drained. Once again I asked Suzette to do some distance healing on me. For the day after I talked to her, the problem persisted. I even joked to one of my buddies that Suzette’s touch must not work all the time! Then, on the second day, I awoke to find that the swelling had magically disappeared and my knee felt great! Well, I had to eat my words! Because when I talked to Suzette, I found out she had not done the healing the night I had expected but rather 1 night later!
