Your body, mind, and spirit benefit on many levels when you practice some form of full-body movement—walking, yoga, Pilates, tai chi, etc. Exercise helps to effectively move energy through the body. Aerobic workouts, dancing, biking, and running will also help to ground and integrate higher frequencies into the body. Your heavier breathing not only strengthens your heart and lungs, it brings more “chi” in with every breath.
Breath is life-force, so throughout your day try to take more deep breaths to re-center. Take the time to enjoy a healthy sex life. Besides the immediate enjoyment, connection, and closeness that you experience, you are sending vital healing life-force energy throughout your entire body.
There is wonderfully positive energy in nature, so try to choose walks, hikes, or bike rides in natural settings instead of along your city streets. Interacting with animals and happy children reset and enliven your energy fields as well.
