Even though we take our responsibilities seriously, I invite you to move through your day with a lighter spirit: laugh at yourself, find silliness and fun in your daily routine, let the child or practical joker within come out to play more often. New research affirms the healing benefits of laughter though we all know that laughter just plain feels good!
Energetically, laughter releases resistance and allows life force energy to flow easily. The more freely energy flows the healthier we are and the less stressful situations derail us. Negative emotions, negative thinking, and stress all block this life force and thus participate in the dance of disease, illness and health issues.
Be proactive, rejuvenate through laughter. Find ways to laugh from your soul: rent comedies, be around funny people, act goofy in front of your kids, watch funny shows, or just ride the wave of others fun.
Even in a seemingly healthy body, an Energy Healing session can increase the flow of energy which allows more laughter and joy to arise within and naturally uplift you. The more I have immersed myself in these higher energy healing vibrations, it has become easier and easier for me to ward off stress and laugh within my daily routine. I set the intention to find and experience joy and laughter each day; and the universe is so obliging! It is a simple dance: laughter and fun allows more life force in and freely flowing life force allows more laughter and fun in. You benefit by living an overall healthier and more energetic life. A healthy flow of life force energy also allows more sexual energy to flow—another advantage to laughing more and enjoy energy sessions!
- Since these appointments, I have released that anger and annoyance! For the first time ever, I feel the conversations with my mother are pleasurable. I feel much lighter and happier!
- I have been on cloud nine!
- Is this what joy feels like?
If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work.
