Superfood

Suggested Use

Enzymes
Enzymes break down food. Cooked foods no longer have their enzymes. It is imperative that you take enzymes with any food that has been heated/cooked/processed or packaged. If you’re already eating lots of salad and raw vegetables, this allows for even more vibrant health.
Enzymes in food are destroyed when food is heated over 112 degrees. If the enzymes are not needed for digestion, they are building tissue. Enzymes act as construction workers. Cooked food equals dead food, enzymes put the ‘life’ back in the food.
Enzymes act as an anti-inflammatory if taken without food. Helps takes pressure off organs, blood is flowing easier. So ideally take 4 at bedtime.
All bodily functions require enzymes. Processed foods are handled better with enzymes.
Extra enzymes equal healthier and more youthful body. If protein isn’t broken down during digestion then it’s not being utilized by your body.
What is autointoxication?
A well-functioning digestive and elimination system will ensure that food is digested properly, that nutrients are absorbed properly into the bloodstream, organs, tissues, and cells. It also will ensure proper waste by-product elimination. Properly digested food is fuel for energy, but if the food you eat is not broken down, it is stored. Undigested food matter ferments, breeding bacteria and becoming toxic. This causes autointoxication, which is the distribution of toxins throughout the body’s tissues, organs and cells. Autointoxication weakens bodily functions, making digestive and elimination organs sluggish. It also weakens the immune system, which can directly cause illnesses such as chronic fatigue, weakness, depression, headaches, gastrointestinal disorders, ulcers, allergies, acne, and many others.

Friendly Bacteria
These act as ‘guards’ in the small intestine, keeping toxins out of the bloodstream. Unfortunately, most people’s small intestines are poorly functioning to begin with and most people have insufficient amount of friendly bacteria.
A proper ratio is 80 % friendly bacteria in our small intestine and 20% unfriendly. Due to our typical diets, we have a huge amount of Candida in our systems and blood stream. Candida is an unfriendly bacteria that multiplies every time we eat sugar. Colon cleanses pulls toxins and these unfriendly bacteria out of our intestines and blood stream.
Pasteurized yogurt kills the friendly bacteria. Most people think that with yogurt that they are getting friendly bacteria into their system. But unfortunately most yogurt is pasteurized.
The over consumption of meat, sugar, and simple carbs, and any carbonated beverages kill off friendly bacteria. So does Flouride, Chlorine, and stress.
Suggested Use
Take 3 per day, can take 3 at one time. I suggest to take 3 2 to 3x day if you are on the birth control pill, take antioxidants or drink mostly public water.
