Refund & Exchange Policy

Products

Returns must be unopened, undamaged and mailed to us within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged product will be exchanged as long as they are unopened.

Retreats

Cancel 30 days or more before retreat- 50% refund

Cancel 14  - 29 days before retreat- 25% refund

Cancel less than 14 days before the retreat there will be no refund.

Cancellations must be emailed to Suzette@Choose2Thrive.com. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours please email or call 919.460.0543.  You will receive a written cancellation acknowledgement via email.

Returned Check Fee

A fee of $20 will be added to all returned checks.
