Universal Laws
We are living between two paradigms of power—spiritual and physical.
Within this spiritual and physical universe, energetic laws exist and whether you know about them or even believe in them, your world is shaped and created by themLearning to view your world from an energetic perspective will help you embrace and own your power and more easily bring about the positive conditions that you desire.
Understanding and working with these energetic laws gives you control of your life experiences or, at minimum, control of your reactions.
Three of these universal laws are the Law of Attraction, the Law of Deliberate Creating, and the Law of Allowing. Awareness of how they work will encourage you to consciously tap into the powerful relationship between your thoughts and your reality. Become inspired to listen to your feelings and learn tools to adjust your thinking. Awareness and intent equate free and accessible avenues for positive change.
The Law of Attraction
Understanding this law puts you in a position where you may choose to focus your thoughts only in the direction of what you want to attract into your experience.Both the positive and negative "stuff" that shows up in your life isn't because of your actions; it is truly by because of the THOUGHTS THAT YOU OFFER.
Your thoughts create feelings, feelings create vibrations, and these vibrations attract your experiences. So, the conscious you is vibrating at what you are THINKING.
You attract what you keep thinking about!
If you are not attracting your desires it's because your dominant vibration is not matching your desires. Notice your first thought on major subjects in your life. Is it predominately positive or negative?
For example, your first thought about money is to want more of it, but your thoughts are often on the lack of money. "I can't afford this." "That costs too much." You will attract what you are focusing on which is "the lack of money" and so you continue to experience "not enough money." On the other hand, to attract more money, think and say, "I could have that new outfit, but I'm choosing to pay more toward my credit card". "I will have that car as my abundance increases". "I can turn this around." Stay positive. Stay appreciative of everything in your life and the future will shift.
To get what you desire, adjust your thoughts to match your wants, not your "don't wants."
You can think of what you desire in 2 ways, having it or not having it, feeling hopeful or feeling despair.
Negative feelings such as fear, anger, and bitterness lower your vibration. Feelings like joy, kindness and, gratitude raise your vibration. To shift to more positive experiences stay more in the latter. When things are horrible, it's hard to see any positive. Don't feel that you have to fix them. Work on feeling better in general. Shift to the best FEELING THOUGHT that you can to regain balance. KNOW THAT YOU ARE MORE THAN YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES!
Law of Deliberate Creation
This Law helps you to attract more consciously and more deliberately, not through default which is how most people attract. You absolutely wouldn't attract some of what you attract on purpose, but some attractions are subconscious, or because of old programming, or brought forth from previous lives to deal with this lifetime. Regardless, know that you can change your experiences.
Your Inner Being is communicating through you in the form of emotions and feelings. Learn to honor this! Trust your heart, your gut instincts. As people follow their inner guidance system and learn to trust it, the confusion caused by past programming and the opinions of others goes away.
When you focus on your higher desires, your emotions will tell you when you are on or off track. Your "good feeling" emotions will let you know that you are on track with your higher ideals. Negative emotions and uneasiness will tell you that you are not aligning to what you want.
The Deliberate Creative process is a combination of being more deliberate about what you want, more clear about what you intend, and remaining sensitive to the way you feel.
Law of Allowing
Once you have identified your desire through thought, and once you have added the emotion to that thought (getting excited as if it has already happened), it has been created. It now exists. And in order to experience it, you have only to allow it in. You do this by expecting it. But then if you add a thought like "But it's too expensive," you cancel your creation.
Get totally into your desires. A few minutes each day play a virtual reality game. Put yourself in the picture, FEEL excited as if your desire has already happened. In your mind, see your doctor telling you that you are totally healed, and the doctor acting amazed at this miracle. Feel the excitement of moving into your new home. Visualize yourself wearing the size of clothing you desire.
The universe doesn't know fact from fiction, it responds to your vibrations. As thoughts come into your mind of what you don't want, change your thoughts. All this takes practice. You will be better at this next year than you are now.
